Canada's new millennium event. Back to Ottawa for another program, only this time it's not a political event but a cultural one. During a week, over 400 young Canadians from across the country (including the brand-new Nunavut) were invited to the nation's capital to represent Canada's hopeful youth for the new millennium. The event was organized by the youth for the youth: it was a week of socializing, viewpoint exchanging, bonding, dining and partying.

This unique initiative was renewed the following year, but alas is no longer offered. Pity. :(
